Telefonica-Atento global deal renewed until end of 2025

Telefónica, a leading Spanish multinational telecommunications company, has announced a renewal and extension of its Master Services Agreement with Atento, one of the largest global providers and leaders in customer relationship services and business process outsourcing (CRM/BPO).

The agreement, which will run until December 31, 2025, consolidates Atento’s position as Telefónica’s preferred partner for its customer relationship services globally.

The agreement includes contracts with Telefónica in Spain, Brazil (VIVO), Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, and Uruguay. Both organizations also agreed on specific commercial conditions for Grupo Atento companies in all geographies.

In addition, the two companies extended their reciprocity agreement, whereby Telefónica will continue to be the preferred provider of telecommunication services for Atento globally.
