“Tim brings over twenty years of diverse management experience to the role, having lead companies in Silicon Valley and overseen BPO operations in Asia. I’m excited to have him driving Beepo’s geographic expansion and leading us toward a 5000-strong team.”

As Senior Vice President, Tim will manage operations at Beepo’s new offshore premises in the Clark Freeport Zone in the Philippines. Currently housing a team of 200 staff, it is projected the site will reach its 700+ capacity in 2016. The new SVP will oversee this rapid growth while developing new products and pursuing new market opportunities in current strongholds and in regions further afield.

“I’m very excited and grateful to be given this opportunity to join Beepo at this critical stage of success, expanding the global footprint beyond ANZ into North America and the United Kingdom,” Tim said. “With the technology now as it is we continue to see financial leaders choose the Philippines as their number # 1 outsourcing destination and back office support hub. Companies are setting up their operations for double digit growth, and Beepo will be there to help them do it.”

Beepo Focuses on on North America

“Our immediate focus is to expand our current product lines, cater to multinational companies in North America and offer strategic outsourcing partnerships. As you could imagine, we are very busy developing our managers and implementing internships to see this come to fruition,” the SVP said.

When asked about the challenges ahead Tim reiterated how important the nurturing of a team-oriented culture is to Beepo’s continued growth. “A successful company like Beepo is comparable to building a winning sports franchise. It requires a talented group of individuals to work together and execute a strategy and game plan for success wherein we develop our people, provide effective process and deliver strong performance – I’m excited about making this happen”. –
